How is a static ISP proxy sourced?
The provider obtains IP ranges that an internet service provider has registered for consumer access, then routes them through server infrastructure it controls. That is the difference from classic residential proxies, which borrow the connection of a real household device and inherit its uptime, bandwidth, and sleep schedule.
The consequence is a product that behaves like a datacenter proxy operationally — predictable, always reachable, fast — while presenting the registration data of a home connection.
