Rotating Residential Proxies

Currently Sold Out

Rotating residential proxies assign you a different residential IP on every request or on a timed interval, drawing from a large shared pool. They exist for one job: high-volume access to targets that ban individual IPs quickly.

Straight answer up front: the Tensor Proxies Rotating Residential ISP package ($25 per 25 proxies) is currently sold out and not purchasable. This page explains when you genuinely need rotation — and how most rotating workloads run on the Static Residential ISP package in the meantime.

Straight Answers

What are rotating residential proxies?

A rotating residential proxy is a gateway that maps each of your requests to a different residential IP from a large pool. Instead of holding one address, you send traffic to a single endpoint and the provider rotates the exit IP behind it — per request or per session window.

When do I actually need IP rotation?

You need rotation when a target bans or rate-limits individual IPs faster than you can finish the job — aggressive anti-bot e-commerce sites, search engines at very high query volume, and large-scale data collection on ban-heavy targets. For login-based or session-based work, rotation is actively harmful: an IP change mid-session looks like account takeover.

Can static ISP proxies replace rotating residential proxies?

Often, yes. A pool of static residential ISP IPs rotated at the client side — round-robin in your scraper or bot — reproduces most of what a rotating gateway does, with more control over rotation timing and per-IP health. That is the setup we recommend while the rotating package is out of stock.

The static approach also keeps the residential trust profile: targets see consumer-ISP IPs either way. What you give up is the very large shared pool; what you gain is knowing exactly which IPs you own and how hard each one is being used.

When will the rotating package be back in stock?

There is no confirmed restock date. The package stays listed at $25 per 25 proxies and will be purchasable again when inventory returns. If you want to be notified, contact the team and we will reach out when it reopens.

Recommended Alternative

In the meantime: Static Residential ISP package

Most rotating workloads run well on the Static Residential ISP package at $15 per 25 proxies — the same residential-registered IPs, rotated on your side at whatever interval the target tolerates, with unlimited bandwidth.

If your targets accept hosting ranges, the Datacenter package at $8 per 25 proxies delivers far more requests per dollar for bulk collection.

Common Questions

Is the rotating residential ISP package available right now?

No — it is currently sold out and cannot be purchased. The Static Residential ISP and Datacenter packages are both in stock.

What did the rotating package cost?

The Rotating Residential ISP package is listed at $25 per 25 proxies ($1.00 per proxy) and will return at that price point when inventory is back.

How do I rotate IPs with static proxies?

Load your static proxy list into your client and cycle through it — Scrapy middlewares, Playwright contexts, and most bots support per-request proxy selection natively. You control the rotation interval instead of the gateway controlling it for you.
