Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Tensor Proxies currently offers three main products: Datacenter Proxies Package, Residential ISP Proxies Package, and Rotating Residential ISP Proxies Package. Package pricing is currently shown per 25 proxies and all packages support HTTP and SOCKS protocols. Orders are presently fulfilled manually after payment confirmation, and credentials are delivered in IP:PORT:USERNAME:PASSWORD format.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the Services to: • Engage in any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law • Distribute malware, conduct phishing attacks, or engage in any form of cyber fraud • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the Services • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Services without written authorization Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access without refund.
Package pricing is listed on the website and may be updated from time to time. Orders are not automatically provisioned at checkout at this stage. After payment is confirmed, fulfillment is handled manually. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details so delivery can be completed.
We take your privacy seriously. Information submitted through the public order and contact forms is used to respond to package questions, confirm payment, and complete delivery. We do not sell submitted contact data to third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tensor Proxies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
